This item normally would not be purchased by itself. It is a replacement for the grommeted half of the Ultimate CO2 Harvester Kit (SKU# 3488) in case your original gets damaged or lost.
This Ultimate version takes our regular Krausen Catcher with Grommet (SKU# 2840) and adds:
· The ability to hook up an external CO2 source in addition to harvesting the natural CO2 produced during fermentation
Allows cold crashing of large and small fermenters with no backflush to ruin fermented product. No exposure to air!
CHARACTERISTICS and SPECIFICATIONS:
· Accepts standard Cornelius (Corny) keg Ball Lock Connector (sold separately - SKU# 132)
· Works with all Ball, Kerr, and Mason brand wide mouth canning jars (sold separately)
· Metal components are 304 Stainless Steel
