We took our 1.5 inch Tri Clover Canning Jar Yeast Harvester with Gas Exhaust Port (SKU# 3543) and added a 2 inch TC reducer (SKU# 3627) to make it compatible with 2 inch ports!

This allows the displaced canning jar volume (Air? CO2?... Whatever you dream up!) to exit the canning jar while yeast (or other contents of the fermenter) fill the canning jar.

The exit port is Ball Lock Gas, and accepts Ball Lock Gas Fittings.

CHARACTERISTICS and SPECIFICATIONS:

·         Works with all Ball, Kerr, and Mason brand wide mouth canning jars (sold separately)

·         1.5" Clamp and Silicone Gasket included

·         Metal components are 304 Stainless Steel

NOTE: Assembly adds about 2-5/8" to the top of a canning jar.
