Connect to tubing mounted above your mash. Standard 1/2" vinyl tubing (SKU# 516) or 3/8" high-temp silicone tubing (SKU# 396) works great!
Large 3-1/2" diameter plate "splashes" wort over a wide area, preventing divots and channeling in the mash below.
