CHARACTERISTICS and SPECIFICATIONS:

·         Designed to work with a large range of fermentation vessels from 2 gallon buckets to 55 gallon drums and even larger-volume vessels

·         35” over-all length will reach down nicely into large-volume vessels

·         Punch disc is 5” inches in diameter, with 3/32” holes on 5/32” centers – Made from the same material as our famous Jaybird False Bottoms

·         5” diameter is the perfect diameter:

·         Small enough to where very little effort is required to move it up and down through even the thickest must
