· 3” analog thermometer gives accurate reading of wort temperature as wort flows through the assembly. Features 2” deep probe.
The oxygen stone (included) is our 2 micron barbed connection. It threads into the 1/2" NPT 304 stainless steel housing, and is easily removed for cleaning. Do not touch the porous section of the oxygen stone with fingers, as even a tiny amount of oils on fingers / skin can plug the pores. Best way to clean the stone is submersing it in boiling water for a few minutes.
Sanitize the stone in sanitizing solution (such as Star San) prior to inserting into assembly.
Due to the possibility of the oxygen stone being mishandled (see above) there are NO RETURNS on the oxygen stone portion of this product.
