Professional wine maker grade 7.6 inch diameter Wine Cap Punch Down Disc is excellent for larger surface area fermentation vessels.
Features 1/2" NPT threaded nut TIG welded in the middle. Threads onto the Jaybird Convertible Wine Cap Punch Down handle / shaft.

CHARACTERISTICS and SPECIFICATIONS:

· Punch disc is 7.6” inches in diameter, with 3/32” holes on 5/32” centers – Made from the same material as our famous Jaybird False Bottoms
· 100% TIG welded 304 stainless steel
· Threaded connection allows you to easily swap the 7.6” disc for our smaller 5” disc (sold separately)
· Quality construction – Made in USA.
