Brewing Paddle - EXTREME Whirlpool / Aeration

So I ordered NorCal's Extreme Whirlpool/Aeration Paddle almost 3 weeks ago and STILL haven't received it! NorCal claims they shipped it on 1 August, but 18 days later I still have not received it. They shipped it thru our illustrious USPS .... and when I try to track it, the USPS shows it still in Los Angeles ..... now going on 3 weeks! I may have to cancel my transaction on my credit card and order a paddle thru a company that can actually get it to me.

Our responseHey Neil! Sorry that you are experiencing a snafu with your order shipment. You placed your order July 31, 2020 at 7:14 AM. We shipped your order (USPS.com tracking number 9400111108203825527476) the same day, at 2:27 PM. It left Redding the same evening and was in Los Angeles the next day. Why it was delayed in LA for 2 weeks is a mystery, but as of today (August 19), tracking shows it is moving again. We offer customers the choice of 3 shippers, each offering multiple costs and shipping speeds, including overnight delivery. The "Store Policies" page on our web site states "You can specify which carrier and shipping speed you desire at check-out. NOTE: All “Flat Rate” shipments will be shipped using the carrier and shipping speed of our choosing." For your order you selected "Flat Rate". In most cases we ship "Flat Rate" orders using the United States Postal Service. We will continue to monitor your shipment on USPS.com, and will be very happy to ship out a replacement paddle for you if forward progress of your shipment stops. Regards, Victor.
