works great with 1600 watt element01/16/2024 ByWilliam George Great RIMS tube for 8-13 gallon mashes. A 2" triclamp element was a bit harder to find but now no extension or 2" to 1.5" reducer for the element.
RIMS09/18/2021 ByRick This RIMS will be used in a 30 gallon BIAB system. At this time it has been tested with a 120 volt Inkbird PID controller and a 6KW/240 heating element. This setup is pulling about 13 amps with 120 volts and the Inkbird is doing well. The RIMS tube is absolutely nice, very well made and looks great. Very happy with it.
