Beautifully machined, quick delivery, works perfectly -- with just one small quibble: The handle that allows for placement and removal is well offset from center, which means that after draining the kettle, picking up the false bottom (now loaded with a pile of hop crud is a pain in the butt. If the handle were centered, removal would be easier. Or, better yet, add a second handle opposite the first. Otherwise, an excellent product.
