Great so far!06/19/2018 ByKeenan McKamey I replaced the Norcal weldless set up with 1/2 inch nuts with recessed o-ring areas on both sides so I can't comment on the weldless fitting.
As for the actual sparge arm, the build quality is great, the holes are perfectly in line, and the removable setup is a godsend. Flow rates were good for a recirculating mash.
Only real con is assembly, I wish there was a way to mark which sections of pipe go into which hole from Norcal since they send it broken down. It took me about twenty minutes to put it together and get all holes facing the right direction. If you are drilling your own this wont be an issue.
Sparge07/24/2017 ByEric Yocum I have searched the web for a stainless sparge arm and this is by far the best one out there. It is super easy to install. You also will not find a better company to deal with. They genuinely care about what you are trying to accomplish and will bend over backwards to help.
Sparge assembly11/28/2016 ByKevin Kardel Love the arm. Just wish the holes all pointed down when it is together. Had to use plumbers tape to align all the holes. Minor pain in the butt.
Weldless Sparge Assembly01/05/2016 ByDavid Breyer I recently added a 2nd pump to my system and used the sparge assembly for first time 1/3/16; worked fantastic! Quality material and workmanship. Well Done!
Love my new Keggle Sparge Assmenble08/20/2013 ByEfren Hidalgo I'd been toying with the idea of creating something very similar to this when I happened to come across this on Jay's site. I've used it twice and when you connect it to a valve to control flow rate, it works like a dream. Worth buying.
