Oxygen Stone - 2 Micron - Barb Connection

I purchased the 2 micron stone to carbonate kegged beer.
I have a couple carbonation keg lids…one carbonated perfectly the other not so much. (I usually set the pressure between 15-18psi for a couple hours) I replaced the stone on the under performing lid with a 2 micro stone only to discover the results were the same. I wasn’t really sure if the 2 micron stone or if the .5 micron stone was what i needed. I’m guessing the .5 micron piece is what I need. I’m planning on ordering the .5 stone and see if that helps. The piece itself appears to be top quality but too porous to force carbonate beer…
