I needed a thumper for my all electric SS Still and found this option from NorCal. SS is expensive, so the price of this item was not surprising, but it was packaged well, arrived promptly, and when I forgot to add an essential component to my order, I got a call from Jay directly. He ended up sticking the part in my package free of charge, which was unexpected but much appreciated. I used the thumper just the other day on a apple pie shine and it worked great. Thanks Jay and the team!
