Great idea but when using mason jar now matter how tight you get the lid it still leaks a little around the silicone seal. Overall good product.

This is an essential piece of equipment for my conical. Hook it up to the bottom valve w/ whatever size jar you want to collect, open the valve, let trub/yeast settle, close valve and presto! I was looking for something to help control trub dumps and yeast harvests and this is suited perfectly for both. Very happy to find this at Nor Cal Brewing!
