I had a hazy double IPA recipe ready to go waiting for my shipment to come. I was not disappointed as I have already used the assembly to dry hop twice, using CO2 to purge 02 during fermentation. Great quality, very heavy construction. The oy drawback is it came with the plastic handle instead of stainless. But that possibility was made known on the website.
