So, most things I get from NorCal are pretty Good, I received a rash of late and/or missing items. However, they are quick to make it right...usually. My latest debacle had a missing item and then a lengthy response time and multi-week delay in shipping. When the products finally arrived, I used this with a small piece of 1/2" tubing as a blow off in a sanke fermenter. Worked like a charm. BUT, when I went to put 1/2" racking cane in...wouldn't fit. The through hole was 3/8" with a 1/2" compression nut. I had to scramble to find a way to transfer beer. Disappointed to say the least.

This component is what caused the delay in your entire shipment. Our regular supplier was our of stock, forcing us to scramble to find a replacement manufacturer - and thus substandard compression fittings. We will never use the 2nd supplier again. Very nice quality and smooth finish. Great threads and nothing inside that touches beer that would make you nervous it could harbor bacteria. High quality compression rings as well. Have had others from competitors that didn't match up. Very Nice
