BJCP Categories Allowed:	Competition is open to BEER only - no mead, perry, cider, etc. All 2015 BJCP Categories welcome! If your beer wins 1st Place, Fall River Brewing Company reserves the right to work with you to make necessary changes to your recipe in order to accommodate brew house or alcohol license constraints.
For EACH ENTRY:	Download and fill out a BJCP Entry / Recipe form: http://www.bjcp.org/docs/SCP_EntryRecipe.pdf RECIPE MUST BE INCLUDED! You can staple a printed copy of your recipe (from BeerSmith, etc.) to the form CATEGORY AND SUBCATEGORY MUST BE FILLED IN with 2015 BJCP style information. Leaving either of these 2 fields blank is automatic disqualification! Submit 3 x 12-ounce bottles to NorCal Brewing Solutions prior to the entry deadline
For EACH BOTTLE:	Download and fill out a BJCP Bottle Identification form: http://www.bjcp.org/docs/SCP_BottleID.pdf CATEGORY AND SUBCATEGORY MUST BE FILLED IN with 2015 BJCP style information. Leaving either of these 2 fields blank is automatic disqualification! Attach a BJCP Bottle Identification form to EACH BOTTLE with a rubber band. Labels MUST be easily removable: DO NOT apply with tape, glue, etc. DO NOT identify the bottle or cap in any way with your name. Judges must not have any clue as to who submitted what beers
